Returns

At Calm Threads Limited, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

​You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email hello@calmthreads.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@calmthreads.com

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non-returnable unless faulty. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider

  • Processing times may vary depending on your provider
